Of course this is just one take on the series, which is the whole point of us. But Penguin turned out to be a power play between gangsters. We have loads of series with that tone.
And for me personally Oz isn’t a character for an entire series. Colin Farrell was amazing, there is no question about that. But i didn’t find that connection with the characters that you usually do.
And to be all the way honest, Batman from 2022 wasn’t a fantastic movie. It was boring most of the time. That is not how i see Batman in my mind. Everybody has their on take and that is the beauty of it.
